New motherhood, whether for the first time or beyond, is beautiful and raw, all consuming and sometimes overwhelming. This postpartum yoga session is an opportunity for you to restore and nurture your body/mind and take care of YOU. Enjoy community with other new moms, yoga asana (both dynamic and restorative, specifically targeting the needs of your postpartum body) breathwork, guided relaxation, and expert guidance for issues such as Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor instability and core support. This class will bring closure to your childbearing year and healing to your body/mind, no matter how long ago you gave birth! Plus you’ll make great new mom friends!
