Downward Dreams: Yoga and Your Child’s Sleep

For parents with children 2-6 years old. $30/person. Registration required by Friday June 16.
Join yoga instructor, Erin Leach, and gentle sleep counselor, Sheena Hill, in this workshop on using yoga as a powerful tool in your bedtime routine. In this one hour class, learn why children struggle with relaxation, the importance of routine, and specific yoga postures that your child can do (or you can do together) to help them unwind and be better prepared for a restful night’s sleep.
