- Yoga Birth: Thursdays from 6-9pm (6-week series)
- Birth Boot Camp: Tuesdays from 7-9pm (10-week series)
- Comfort Measures in Labor: Offered throughout the year
- Birth Boot Camp Reboot: Offered throughout the year
- Infant Massage: Wednesdays at 10:30 (4-week series)
- Breastfeeding Support Group: Thursdays at noon
- Ashtanga Yoga: Tues/Thurs 6am-8am & Sat/Sun 8am-10am
- Prenatal Yoga: Wednesdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 10am
- Postpartum Circle: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month at 4pm
- Motherless Moms Support Group: 2nd Monday of every month at 6pm
- Working Moms Support Group: 2nd Wednesday of every month at 8pm
