- Prenatal Yoga: Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Friday at 4pm & Saturdays at 10am
- Postpartum Yoga: Sunday 10-11:30am
- Mommy Baby Yoga: Thursday 10:30-11:30am
- Yoga Birth: Thursdays from 6-9pm (6-week series)
- Birth Boot Camp: Tuesdays from 7-9pm (10-week series)
- Comfort Measures in Labor: Offered monthly throughout the year
- Birth Boot Camp Reboot: Offered throughout the year
- Out-of-Hospital Birth Class: Offered throughout the year
- Homecoming: Life with a Newborn: Offered throughout the year
- Infant Massage: Wednesdays at 10:30 (4-week series)
- Breastfeeding Support Group: Thursday from 12-1:30pm
- Motherless Moms Support Group: 2nd Monday of every month at 6pm
- Working Moms Support Group: 1st Monday of every month at 8pm
- Dads Support Group: 3rd Monday of every month 8pm
